Mexitalian Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    chili powder to taste
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    9 lasagne noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, cook chili powder and ground beef; drain.
    In large bowl, combine ground beef, drained salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and parsley.
