Fat Free Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fat free cream cheese
    1 c. fat free sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    12 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place vanilla wafer in lined muffin tin.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add sour cream, egg substitute, flour and extract.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon over wafers until tin is full.
    Bake 18 minutes, then turn oven off and leave for 2 minutes.
    Open oven door and leave for 15 minutes. Cool.
