Potato Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour (possibly more)
1 c. potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. potato water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
It may require more flour, depending on the weather.
Also, you may use leftover mashed potatoes and a little less plain water.
After ingredients are mixed, roll or flatten to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut out donuts.
Deep fry in grease. Be sure to remove excess flour from donuts to keep grease clear.
