Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes, thawed
    8 oz. size sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (you can cut it down to 1 c., if you like)
Preparation
    Scatter hash browns on bottom of glass cooking dish.
    Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
    Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together.
    Pour over hash brown potatoes.
    Add the grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
    The last 15 minutes, put topping on.
