Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lb. pears, peeled and chopped
3 large red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
3 large green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 hot pepper, seeded and chopped
3 large onions, chopped
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes.
Put in sterilized jars and process in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes at 5 pound pressure.
