Pastry Cream Shells(Natas Or Pasteis De Belem) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2.20 lb. puff pastry sheets
    13 oz. (380 g) sugar
    3 oz. (80 g) flour
    4 1/3 c. milk
    peel of 1 lemon
    8 egg yolks
Preparation
    Turn the oven on hot (500\u00b0).
    Boil the milk with lemon peel. In a separate bowl mix the sugar and flour and slowly add the milk, stirring constantly.
    Let the mixture cool; add the egg yolks.
