10-Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bean mixture
8 c. water
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. lean ham, diced
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel brand)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Bean mixture should contain equal amounts of the following: green split peas, yellow split peas, red beans, black-eyed peas, pinto beans, Great Northern beans, navy beans, lentils, black beans and garbanzo beans.
