Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together, then pour into the liquid mixture.
    Stir in melted butter.
    Pour into the shallow pan.
    Bake about 1 hour at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
