Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow squash
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1 c. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash
    in a small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Saute
    onion
    in
    oleo;
    add
    squash, stirring to mix.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Top
    with
    eggs,
    cheese
    and corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
