Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, steamed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion
1 egg
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
24 count pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Steam and drain broccoli; set aside.
Mix together cheese, egg, diced onion, soup and mushrooms.
Spread broccoli in bottom of medium baking dish.
Spread ingredients over broccoli.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers that have been mixed in melted butter. Do not pack topping.
Sprinkle it on.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until crackers are light golden brown.
Serves 4 to 6.
