Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously grease four baking pans. Stir flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. Beat sugar, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl until blended. Add bananas and beat until well blended.
    At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until moistened.
    Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into baking pans.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove.
