Amaretto Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
5 egg yolks
1/2 c. fine sugar
1/2 c. Amaretto
1 1/2 c. crushed almond macaroons
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat eggs, yolks and sugar for 12 minutes at highest speed. Reduce speed and add Amaretto, fold in crushed macaroons and whipped cream.
Pour into 2-quart souffle dish.
Chill.
