Boston Baked Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    1 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    liquid smoke
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 cans pinto beans (15 oz. size)
Preparation
    In
    skillet,
    cook bacon until about half done.
    Remove bacon and drain all but 2 tablespoons of fat.
    Add onions and cook until
    soft,
    not
    browned.
    Add
    remaining ingredients. Pour into
    a greased 2 quart casserole.\tArrange bacon strips on top. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
