Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Put all ingredients in double boiler.
Beat with mixture over high heat about 7 minutes or until it fluffs in peaks.
