Buster Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix crushed cookies and butter together.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze 1 hour.
    Let ice cream soften a little.
    Press it over crumbs.
    Sprinkle and press peanuts into ice cream.
    Freeze again.
