Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix soda with sour cream (set aside).
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and stir.
    Mix sour cream with dry ingredients and alternate with butter and sugar.
    Beat 2 minutes. Bake in 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
