Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. white corn syrup
3 eggs, stirred
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter
dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, butter and salt. Add pecans.
Bake in unbaked 9-inch pie shell or 8 tart shells. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour for pie, 40 minutes for tart shells.
