Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pizza sauce
    1 can sliced mushrooms or cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed;
    drain well.
    Saute onion in shortening until
    clear.
    Cook
    ground beef until light brown. Combine with
    all ingredients and macaroni.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until slightly brown.
