Oven Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns
    1/2 to 1 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 lb. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 to 2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put 1 cup of crushed corn flakes or potato chips on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until light brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
