Honey-Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole medium chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 lb.
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Skin and cut lengthwise.
    Rinse chicken under running water and pat dry.
    Place chicken, bone side up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
    Broil chicken to 4 to 5 inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn.
    Continue broiling for 10 minutes.
