Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Beat ingredients until smooth with a wire whisk.
Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet.
Cook until edges are dry.
Turn; cook until brown. Serve while hot with butter or syrup.
