Dutch Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    2 c. potato water
    1 c. compressed yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes; cover with three-inches of water. Cook until tender (saving 2 cups of water).
    Mash in rest of liquid or blend in food processor.
