Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cream butter and sugars.
    Add egg and mix.
    Combine soda to persimmon pulp and mix into creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Add flour mixture and stir.
    Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
