Hot Crab Souffle(Or Shrimp Or Chicken) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 thin slices white bread or wheat
2 c. canned crab or shrimp or chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
grated sharp Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Dice 4 slices of bread, with crust, in 9 x 15-inch baking dish.
Mix crab, onion, mayonnaise, green pepper and celery. Spread over diced bread.
Trim crust from remaining bread.
Place the four whole slices over crab mixture.
Beat eggs and milk. Pour over mixture in casserole.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
