Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 scant tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Prepare 10-inch graham cracker crust according to directions on box.
Bake.
Beat cheese, eggs and sugar in electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat lightly.
Put in baked crust and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove and cool 5 minutes.
