Summertime Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 firm medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook and stir onions and green peppers in oil over medium heat until onions are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boil.
    Cool, covered, in refrigerator for several days.
    Makes 3 cups.
