Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. canned, chopped tomatoes (drain some of juice off)
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    pepper to taste
    2 to 3 lb. chicken or chicken breasts, cut into pieces with skin removed
    spaghetti
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion, garlic and herbs in olive oil. Stir in tomatoes, catsup, vinegar, bouillon and pepper.
    Add chicken.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
