Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (medium)
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Mix sour cream, parsley, soup and milk.
    Peel and slice potatoes and layer in casserole; season with salt and pepper.
    Place layer of chops and top with sauce. Repeat with potatoes, chops with sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
