Baka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 large onions
    1 lb. bacon
    3 slices bread
    1 1/2 (12 oz.) cans milk (18 oz. canned milk)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes; drain well, then add chopped onions. Fry bacon crisp; crumble into batter.
    Plus the bacon fat.
    Soak bread in water and squeeze out water.
    Crumble into potato batter. Add milk, salt and pepper; bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
