Ingredients

3 doz. hot peppers
1/4 c. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. dry mustard (16 oz. jar prepared mustard)
Preparation

Grind peppers in food blender; combine.
Cook until tender. Stir in last 5 ingredients.
Cook until thick.
