Skillet Sausage Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    8 oz. medium egg noodles (about 5 c.), cooked and drained
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add peppers, onion and garlic; saute 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove.
    Add sausage to skillet; saute 10 minutes or until browned.
    Return peppers, garlic and onion to skillet.
    Add tomatoes and oregano; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to medium; cook 12 to 14 minutes. Toss with egg noodles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
