Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pkg. lemon or orange flavored gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Measure juice drained from pineapple.
    Add water to make 1 pint.
    Heat liquid to boiling; dissolve gelatin in liquid.
    Add all other ingredients; stir well.
    Put in mold or pan; chill in refrigerator.
    Stir mixture several times.
