Lemon Thyme Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. skim or whole milk
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    In a blender, whip the cottage cheese.
    Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
    Serve over fish or vegetables, such as baked potatoes or you can add 2 tablespoons more milk and serve as a salad dressing.
