Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
dash of salt
dash of red pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans (1/2 for ball and 1/2 to roll in)
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
Preparation

Mix ingredients and shape into 2 balls.
Refrigerate.
Can roll one ball in parsley flakes.
