Never Fail Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    vanilla
    butter
Preparation
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Cook until soft ball stage.
    Flavor with vanilla and butter to taste.
    Cool and beat until right consistency.
    If it gets too thick or hard, add a little milk and stir.
