Kotlet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and grated
    1 medium size onion, grated
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Take a little portion, roll into a ball and then flatten.
    (It should be the size of a hamburger.)
    Put some bread crumbs on both sides of the patty.
    Fry in an oiled frying pan on both sides.
