Chris' Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium tomatoes, quartered
2 to 3 cloves garlic, cut
1 medium onion, cut
cilantro to taste
1/2 c. green onions, cut
1/8 c. lemon juice
salt to taste
green and yellow peppers, cut, to taste (optional)
Preparation

Mix together.
Chop in a blender or use a salsa maker.
Keep refrigerated.
