Casserole Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. carrots
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pare carrots; slice diagonally, then place in casserole. Sprinkle top with sugar and salt.
Add water; dot with butter. Cover; bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
