Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mustard
Preparation
    Fold all ingredients together; sprinkle crumbs over loaf. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, then decrease oven temperature to 250\u00b0.
    Bake for about an hour or until done.
