Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
6 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Let cool.
Add egg and mix together.
Add yeast dissolved in warm water.
Add flour.
Let rise 1 hour and then work down.
Roll out dough and spread with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and slice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
The quantity of butter, sugar and cinnamon is measured by your own judgment.
