14 Day Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage
    1 purple onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 carrot
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sliver the cabbage fine and slice the onion fine.
    Slice bell pepper and grate carrot finely.
    Sprinkle sugar over this.
    Bring to a boil oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt to taste.
    Pour this over your cabbage and let set for 14 days in refrigerator.
