Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and yolks of eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla, baking soda and sour cream.
Add flour.
Beat whites of eggs until stiff. Fold into flour mixture.
Pour half of batter in loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the chopped walnuts mixed with sugar and cinnamon.
Top with remaining batter and sprinkle rest of walnut mixture on top of batter.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
