Tuna Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chunk white tuna
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. ketchup
2 c. chili sauce
1 c. baby corn (canned)
1 c. baby carrots (canned)
1 c. cut green beans (canned)
1 c. gherkin sweet pickles or chunks
1 c. whole pitted ripe olives
Preparation

Drain all ingredients.
Saute peppers in small amount of oil. Drain.
Add all ingredients, except tuna.
Mix well.
Heat on medium for 10 minutes.
Add tuna and toss lightly.
Remove from heat.
Chill and serve on a platter.
