Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix well, scraping bowl often and mixing for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool in pans.
