Marinade(For Chicken Parts Or Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (no sleezy oil, please)
    1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh of course)
    3 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. fennel seed
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken pieces or steak for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator (no kiddin').
    Cook (broil or bake) as usual.
