Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. Key lime juice concentrate
    green coloring (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until very light colored.
    Add milk, then juice, blending well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    (A 9-inch pie will need about 10 minutes less baking time.)
    Cool well, then chill at least 15 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
