Deluxe Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (leave some for top)
Preparation
    Mix and put in 9 x 12-inch greased Pyrex pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10 persons.
