Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips together. Put in baking dish, cover with cheese.
Top with potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
