Scalloped Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. green peppers
    1 small onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Chop onion and green peppers.
    Saute onion and peppers in butter until soft; add flour and salmon (which has been boned). Remove from heat; stir in milk.
    Place mixture in greased casserole; top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
