Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, boiled and seasoned to taste
    1 small pkg. macaroni noodles, cooked and chilled
    1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery hearts
    1/2 c. sliced baby carrots
    1 sliced and peeled cucumber, cut into quarters
    1/2 c. dill relish
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    garlic salt, seasoning salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small chunks.
    Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Season to taste.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Great to take for lunch if you're counting fat grams.
